Postnatal Doula Support

Your Baby is here!
The birth is just the beginning. I'm here to support you through those precious, sometimes overwhelming, early weeks at home.
Your baby is here, and what a moment that is... Congratulations.
The postnatal period is one of the most beautiful, emotional, and exhausting chapters of your life.
You're recovering from birth, getting to know your new baby, navigating feeding, adjusting to broken sleep, and trying to find your footing, all at the same time. It's a lot, and it's completely normal to need support.
As an experienced postnatal doula, I'm here to make those early days and weeks a little easier, a little calmer, and a whole lot more enjoyable.
Not to take over, but to walk alongside you, so you feel confident, supported, and able to truly savour this time with your baby.

What Postnatal Doula Support Looks Like
Every family is different, and the support I offer is completely tailored to what you need most. A postnatal doula visit is booked in a minimum of four-hour blocks, giving us real, unhurried time together. Here's what that support might include:
Emotional Support & Postnatal Wellbeing

The postnatal period brings with it a wide range of emotions, joy, overwhelm, love, exhaustion, and everything in between. I'll provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can talk openly, process your birth experience, and ask all the questions you didn't get a chance to ask before. Your mental and emotional wellbeing matters just as much as your physical recovery.

Newborn Care &
Feeding Guidance
Whether you're breastfeeding, bottle feeding, or combination feeding, I can offer reassurance, practical guidance, and signposting to specialist resources and services. I'll also help with newborn care, so you can rest, recover, or simply have a moment to yourself knowing your baby is in safe, caring hands.

Practical Postnatal Help
Sometimes the most valuable support is simply practical. I'm happy to help with light housework, prepare a meal, or hold your baby while you catch some much-needed sleep, have a long shower, or spend quality time with an older child. These small things make a real difference in those early weeks.
Support for the whole
