How to book Doula support through your Carrot benefit

Step 1

Reach out to arrange a free, no-obligation consultation, available via Zoom or in person. We'll talk through your needs, your preferences, and how I can best support you.

Step 2

Following our consultation, I'll put together a tailored support plan and send you a clear, transparent agreement with straightforward pricing.

Step 3

Carrot Fertility typically operates on a reimbursement basis. You pay for your doula services directly, then submit your invoice through your Carrot member portal to claim your reimbursement.

Step 4

As a pre-approved Carrot provider, there are no additional forms or approvals required on my end, making the process as smooth and straightforward as possible.

Step 5

Simply upload your invoice to the Carrot platform and they'll process your reimbursement in line with your employer's benefit plan.
